Accommodations
Lodging for the conference is arranged through a group block. Each guest makes their own reservation.
The committee will publish the 2026 hotel name, group code, and reservation deadline here when the contract is final. The notes below reflect how the 2025 conference handled rooms and are a guide for what to expect.
2025 reference rates
Illustrative room types (a $25 voucher per occupant was included in the 2025 block):

Making reservations
- Each traveler calls the hotel (or uses the group link when provided) and identifies themselves as part of the Northwest York Rite Conference group.
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or first-night deposit.
- Guests pay for their own room and incidentals. Cancel per hotel policy (2025 required notice 24 hours before arrival with a cancellation number).
- Do not book outside the group block if you want conference rates; direct bookings may not receive the block price.
